About Me
I'm a senior UX/UI designer with 18 years' experience across e-commerce, e-marketing and enterprise SaaS. I turn complex business requirements into clear, usable products, combining hands-on design with research-led thinking and a steadily growing focus on design systems and AI-assisted workflows.
Since 2018 I’ve led UX for AMCS’s enterprise waste management platform. I redesigned 90% of its legacy functionality in two years, then recruited and onboarded three more designers. I chair our weekly UX catch-up, set clear direction for the team, hold our work to a consistently high standard, and maintain our design system.
My approach is rooted in research, collaboration and systems thinking. Earlier in my career I designed and built e-commerce and luxury hotel websites, including an award-winning retail site. Away from the screen I race (well, take part in) triathlons, including two full Ironmans, so I know about pacing long projects and finishing what I start.
