I worked with Chris Hackett for about 3 years as a UI Developer at AMCS, regularly implementing the designs he produced as our Senior UX Designer. Chris consistently delivered clean, well-thought-out UX Figmas that made the handoff to development smooth — his designs anticipated edge cases and real usage patterns, not just the happy path, which saved countless rounds of back-and-forth. Beyond design work, Chris built out our Storybook documentation, giving the team a reliable shared reference for components that improved consistency across the product. He's also shown real versatility by picking up Angular work directly, implementing UI updates for our company-wide rebranding effort — a great example of a designer who understands the code well enough to contribute to it himself.
